Sophie Tilson's love for acting began when her parent's bought her a video camera when she was 6 years old. Since then she has gone on to enjoy critical and commercial success for her portrayal of naive country girl, Sadie Brown in OzGirl. In addition to her work behind the camera as a writer/producer, the last two years have been a busy time for Sophie having starred in over a dozen projects for film, television and the web.

She was most recently seen in the short film “Chasing Summer”. Her acting training includes numerous courses with the Victorian College of the Arts, NIDA and the Australian Film and Television Academy. Sophie is currently studying a Bachelor of Arts (Media and Communications).
